Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Thank you for shopping with NIUK LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible NIUK products within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable are not eligible for return
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Initiate a Return
For Online Purchases (via niuk.com or the NIUK App):
- Visit our Returns Portal at https://niuk.com/policies/privacy-policy
- Enter your order number and email
- Follow the instructions to receive a prepaid return label (if applicable)
- Ship the item back in its original condition
For In-Store Purchases:
Return the item to any authorized NIUK retail location with the original receipt.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a NIUK error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)
- If the item was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- First, check your bank account
- Then contact your credit card provider or bank (some processing times may vary)
